A teenage girl and an unidentified woman were killed following a deadly multi-vehicle crash in Norwalk on Sunday morning, January 2, 2021.

Four vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the involved vehicles was initially speeding and crashed into two cars.

A woman and a 13-year-old girl sustained serious injuries in the crash. They were rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, they later succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead.

Another person was hospitalized and was listed in critical condition. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

Local authorities are further investigating the factors and the liability in the crash.
