Two people were hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Thousand Palms on Tuesday afternoon, December 4, 2022.
The accident happened near the intersection of Ramon Road and Washington Street, south of Coachella Valley Preserve, at around 4:04 p.m.
Two vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.
One person was seriously injured, while another person sustained minor injuries. They were both taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Information about the crash is limited at the moment. It’s unknown whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident.
