According to the initial reports from local authorities, the crash occurred at 6 Kids NO Brains Trail in San Clemente.

The two men were riding their mountain bikes on a single track; they both collided as they approached a steep trail on 6 Kids No Brains.

It’s unclear what caused the collision to occur. The two bicyclists sustained serious injuries in the mishap and were airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
