A 37-year-old man was killed following a police chase that ended in a car crash at an intersection in Stockton on Sunday afternoon, January 16, 2022.

A 15-year-old driver was driving erratically on Charter Way and was being chased by Stockton police officers on the roadway.

Unfortunately, the underage driver later collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street.

Meanwhile, the 15-year-old driver was taken to an area hospital for treatment and was later booked into the San Joaquin County Juvenile Hall for vehicular manslaughter, according to police.

The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed. Information about the case is limited at the moment.
