[01-19-2023] Multi-Vehicle Collision in Granite Bay Led to Possible InjuriesAuthorities reported a multi-vehicle collision resulting in possible injuries in Granite Bay, Placer County, on Thursday morning, January 19, 2023.

According to local authorities, the three-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 7:30 a.m. near the Auburn Folsom Road and Muir Way intersection.

Although the circumstances leading to the collision remain under investigation, it appears that at least three vehicles were involved. The severity of the damage, the number of people involved, and the extent of possible injuries were unknown at the moment.

The severe traffic experienced on Auburn Folsom Road between Douglas Boulevard and Beals Point was redirected toward Eureka Road.

Authorities are further investigating the collision.
