Three people were injured following a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles near Latrobe Road on Thursday morning, January 20, 2022.

Four vehicles were involved in the crash, including a school bus. A Chevrolet Malibu was initially traveling behind a school bus when it crossed the double yellow lines attempting to pass the bus.

The Chevrolet Malibu then collided head-on with a Chevy Spark. The Malibu also struck the left front side of the bus before overturning on a nearby field.

Three people sustained moderate injuries following the collision. They were all taken to an area hospital to receive treatment.

It’s unclear whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash. An active investigation of the case is currently underway.
