[01-21-2022] Butte County, CA - One Person Hurt Following a Traffic Crash in ChicoOne unidentified person was hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Chico on Friday, January 21st, 2022.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident happened on Highway 99 and Estates Drive in Chico.

Two unspecified vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. Due to the severity of the impact, one of the vehicles flipped onto its side following the crash.

Emergency personnel later arrived at the scene and extricated one person from the overturned vehicle.

One person sustained unspecified injuries following the mishap. The identity and the condition of the injured party have not been disclosed.
