An unidentified person was killed after a fatal pedestrian crash in Palos Verdes Peninsula on Thursday morning, January 27, 2022.

The accident transpired at approximately 5:00 a.m. in the westbound lanes of Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates.

The pedestrian was struck by a passing vehicle for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.
