[01-29-2023] Pedestrian Killed in Stockton Hit & Run CrashAuthorities reported that a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Stockton on Sunday evening, January 29, 2023.

The Stockton Police Department stated that the fatal crash occurred at about 6:30 p.m. along Pacific Avenue, just north of Douglas Road.

Responders arrived at the scene to find the pedestrian dead on the roadway. No further details on the victim’s identity were released.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle involved left the scene before they arrived. They are now looking for further information.
