[01-30-2022] San Bernardino County, CA – One Person Killed After a Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision near 215 Freeway

One unidentified person was killed following a deadly two-vehicle crash near 215 Freeway early Sunday morning, January 30, 2022.

Two unspecified vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

A black Toyota was found overturned on its roof at the bottom of an embankment westbound 10. One person was reportedly ejected in the crash and landed on the roadway.

The ejected party sustained fatal injuries in the crash. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, another person sustained moderate injuries and was rushed to Loma Linda Hospital.

It’s unclear whether intoxication played a role in the accident. The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the cause of the fatal crash.
