An unidentified 56-year-old man was killed after a deadly head-on crash in Glenview on Tuesday afternoon, February 1st, 2022.

The 56-year-old man was traveling northbound in a 2005 Audi A6 on Los Coches Road when, for unclear reasons, he veered into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming Helix Water District dump truck.

The 56-year-old Audi driver was immediately rushed to a trauma center for treatment. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced dead. Meanwhile, the dump truck driver sustained minor to moderate injuries and was also taken to a hospital for treatment.

Information about the collision is limited at the moment. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
