[02-02-2022] Two People Hurt After a Head-On Collision in Los OlivosTwo people were injured following a major head-on crash in Los Olivos on Wednesday evening, February 2, 2022.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the crash happened at around 6:30 p.m. on Highway 154 near Los Olivos.

A westbound 2003 Pontiac drifted into the opposite lanes for unclear reasons and collided head-on with an oncoming 2019 Honda.

The two drivers were seriously injured following the collision. They were both taken to an area hospital for treatment. The two drivers were identified as 27-year-old David R. and 26-year-old Joseph P.

Both vehicles sustained major front-end damage following the crash. The factors that caused the collision has not been established. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
