One student is required to punch the other as many times as possible until the other person surrenders.

The victim was hit multiple times in the face and on the head, causing him to sustain a traumatic brain injury and permanent scars. He now suffers chronic pain, has slurred speech, and cognitive dysfunction.

The Mater Dei High School football player, born in 2004, filed the lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court on Tuesday of the nameless plaintiff.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange and Mater Dei of Santa Ana, southeast of Los Angeles, are defendants in the complaint.

The lawsuits vividly explained how the plaintiff was violently beaten and called the “N-word” several times during the incident.

According to USA Today and the high school sports website MaxPreps, Mater Dei is the best football team in the United States.

One of the nation’s most successful high school football programs, which has produced two Heisman Trophy winners and numerous NFL players, is being sued for an indefinite amount of money.

TBI Injury Statistics

Traumatic brain injury can be caused by a blow to the head or by a significant gravitational force acting on the delicate skull (TBI). The swelling or bleeding of the brain inside the skull is a common feature of traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), which are caused when something knocks or punctures the brain.

The U.S. state department says so. There was a 53% increase in emergency room visits, hospitalizations, and deaths caused by traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) between 2006 and 2014.

TBI disables six times more people every year than spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, HIV/AIDS, and breast cancer combined. There are 5.3 million Americans who require long-term or permanent assistance with activities of daily living due to traumatic brain injury (TBI).

In the worst-case scenario, a brain or head injury could lead to severe impairment or even death. Your rights are protected if you’ve recently been involved in an accident that resulted in this type of injury.
