[02-04-2023] One Person Killed After Multi-Vehicle Collision near LindsayAuthorities reported that one person was killed after a multi-vehicle collision near Lindsay in Tulare County on Saturday evening, February 04, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash occurred at about 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 65 and Avenue 244.

The number of vehicles involved and the circumstances leading to the crash is currently unknown, but authorities said one person was killed and their car was discovered pinned between other vehicles.

No further information on other possible injuries was immediately available as the investigation continued.

Highway 65 between Avenue 242 and 256 was closed, and detours were put in place.
