One unidentified person was killed following a deadly motorcycle crash in northeast Fresno on Saturday evening, February 5, 2022.

[02-05-2022] Fresno County, CA - One Person Killed After a Deadly Motorcycle Crash near Blackstone and Herndon AvenuesAccording to the Fresno Police Department reports, the accident happened at approximately 4:45 p.m. near Blackstone and Herndon avenues.

A motorcycle rider struck the passenger side of a truck that was attempting to make a U-turn at Blackstone and Herndon avenues.

Due to the severity of the impact, the rider was ejected from his motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures on the man. Unfortunately, he was unable to survive his injuries and was pronounced dead.

The other driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. He was uninjured in the mishap.

Local authorities are further investigating the accident.
