[02-06-2022] San Diego County, CA – Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Mission Beach Results in One Death

One unidentified person was killed following a deadly traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Mission Beach on Sunday night, February 6, 2022.

The deadly crash transpired at approximately 9:40 p.m. in the area of Mission Boulevard and Pacific Beach Drive.

The 25-year-old man was riding his motorcycle on Mission Boulevard at high speeds and allegedly ran a red light at the intersection.

Unfortunately, he ended up crashing into a Volkswagen Tiguan.

The motorcycle rider was rushed to an area hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, the 62-year-old female Volkswagen driver was also taken to a hospital after complaining of her neck and back pain.
