[02-06-2022] San Diego County, CA – One Person Killed Following a Deadly Two-Vehicle Crash in El Cajon

One unidentified person was killed after a deadly traffic crash in El Cajon on Sunday morning, February 6, 2022.

A westbound BMW crossed over the eastbound lanes and crashed into a parked box truck for unclear reasons.

One unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been disclosed. No other injuries were reported.
