[02-06-2023] Orange County, CA – Two Killed, One Injured After Multi-Vehicle Collision in Westminster

A multi-vehicle collision killed two people and injured another in Westminster on Monday afternoon, February 6, 2023.

According to authorities, the deadly crash occurred around 12:51 p.m. at the 14500 block of Beach Boulevard, close to Hazard Avenue.

Witnesses stated that a minivan struck three other cars while speeding north in the southbound lanes of Beach Boulevard.

When responders arrived, they declared the minivan’s driver had died.

Another passenger was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.

According to the police, the driver of another vehicle involved was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center after suffering a leg injury.

Officials confirmed that one of the victims was an 80 to 85-year-old Westminster resident, and the other was a 70 to 75-year-old Westminster resident.
