The fatal accident occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. near Cedar Avenue.

According to reports, Williams was discovered lying in the road and was taken to a local hospital. Despite efforts to save his life, crews say he died due to his injuries.

Police are now seeking the driver who may have hit him. Anyone with additional information about the accident should contact local authorities as soon as possible.
