[02-21-2022] San Diego County, CA – Driver Injured After a Road Rage Shooting in Mountain View

One unidentified man was injured after getting shot by a passenger in another car on Interstate 805 on Monday afternoon, February 21st, 2022.

The incident occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. on the 43rd street off-ramp of southbound Interstate 805.

A male passenger inside an unspecified sedan fired three times at the victim, hitting his left thigh. An infant was inside the victim’s vehicle at the time of the shooting.

The sedan then continued heading southbound on the freeway. The suspects have not been identified.

Meanwhile, the victim was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
