[02-23-2022] Fresno County, CA - Woman Killed in a Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash on Valentine and Floradora AvenuesA 33-year-old woman identified as Rochelle R. was killed after a deadly hit-and-run crash in west Fresno on Wednesday night, February 23, 2022.

The accident transpired at approximately 11:00 p.m. in the area of Valentine and Floradora Avenues.

The woman was struck by a passing vehicle for unclear reasons. The driver did not stop to render aid and drove away from the scene. Authorities suspect that the vehicle may have been a GMC Sierra pickup truck between the years 1999 to 2007.

Emergency personnel later arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures on the woman. Unfortunately, she later succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
