A three-vehicle crash on Highway 101 in Atascadero resulted in minor injuries late Wednesday morning, February 23, 2022.

[02-23-2022] San Luis Obispo County, CA - Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Three Cars in Atascadero Causes Minor InjuriesAccording to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle collision occurred around 11:45 a.m. on northbound Highway 101 at the San Anselmo Road off-ramp.

Although the vehicles involved in the collision did not block the northbound lanes, traffic was slowed in the area.

According to the CHP, Highway 101 continues to see increased traffic volume due to the overnight closure of Interstate 5 over the Grapevine. The interstate has since reopened partially, but drivers should expect increased traffic as a result of the detour.

There are no other details available. The crash remains under investigation.
