[02-24-2022] San Bernardino County, CA – Man Fatally Shot in a Road Rage Incident in Victorville

A 24-year-old man identified as Marco Antonio Lara M. was killed after a deadly road rage incident on 15 Freeway on Thursday evening, February 24, 2022.

[02-24-2022] San Bernardino County, CA - Man Fatally Shot in a Road Rage Incident in VictorvilleThe incident transpired at approximately 7:46 p.m. on the northbound lanes of I-15 at the Nisqualli Road offramp in Victorville.

A black GMC SUV and an unspecified sedan were involved in the incident. Both drivers stopped at the right shoulder of the offramp to confront each other.

As the victim exited the GMC, the unidentified adult male driver of the sedan fired multiple gunshots towards the victim, ultimately killing him.

The suspect immediately went back in his vehicle and drove away from the scene. His identity has not been determined.

Unfortunately, the victim could not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
