[02-26-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Person Killed, Several Others Hurt Following a Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision in Calabasas

An 18-year-old woman identified as Skylar S. was killed while several people were injured following a major two-vehicle collision in Calabasas on Saturday evening, February 26, 2022.

[02-26-2022] Los Angeles County, CA - One Person Killed, Several Others Hurt Following a Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision in CalabasasThe fatal accident happened at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Malibu Canyon Road, just south of Piuma Road in Calabasas.

Two unspecified vehicles collided on Malibu Canyon Road for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

Due to the severity of the impact, one of the vehicles overturned. One person was trapped in the overturned vehicle.

Unfortunately, one woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, six others sustained major injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Local authorities are further investigating the case.
