A deadly car crash leads to the death of a 42-year-old man and his 3-year-old daughter in Long Beach on Tuesday night, March 1, 2022.

A 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck crashed into an apartment building located on Rose Avenue. It’s unclear what caused the truck to crash into the apartment.

Unfortunately, a father and his 3-year-old child were fatally injured in the mishap. They were rushed to an area hospital where they were later pronounced dead.

The driver that crashed into the apartment did not stop to wait for authorities and fled the scene. He was described as a man around 20 to 25 years old.
