A minor was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Chula Vista early Monday evening, March 4, 2024.

According to the Chula Vista Fire Department, the collision happened at about 5:14 p.m. between Palomar St. and 2nd Avenue.

Reports indicate that the victim suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital. Information on the driver remains unavailable.
