What to Do After a DUI Accident
If you or a loved one are involved in an automobile crash, dial 911 immediately. When communicating with law enforcement or an insurance company, it is in everyone’s best interest to be as specific and factual as possible and avoid making any assumptions. Victims often apologize even if they had nothing to do with the incident. The insurance may choose not to pay out if the victim acts in such a way.
