[03-08-2022] Kern County, CA - Two-Vehicle Collision Near Cedar Street Results in One DeathOne unidentified person was killed after a deadly two-vehicle collision in Taft on Tuesday night, March 8, 2022.

The fatal collision transpired at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Lincoln Street near Cedar Street in Taft.

Two sedans collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One person was killed in the mishap. No other injuries were reported. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

Local authorities are further investigating the case.
