[03-10-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – 42-Year-Old Man Handcuffed at Woodland Hills Hotel Room

According to the local authorities, the body of a 42-year-old man was discovered handcuffed in a hotel room in the Los Angeles area on Thursday, March 10, 2022.

The La Quinta man was discovered dead at 5:29 p.m. with strangulation marks on his neck.

Los Angeles police said in a news release that a security guard and manager at a Woodland Hills hotel found the body of the 42-year-old man on March 10.

According to police, his legs were tied, and his arms were handcuffed behind his back.

The victim had been staying at the Ventura Boulevard hotel since July 2021.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department medics, according to police.

He was discovered on the floor.

His identity has yet to be revealed by authorities.

The incident remains under investigation.
