[03-10-2022] San Diego County, CA – One Man Injured in Fight Over Loud Music at San Diego City Heights Apartment Complex

One man is in the hospital, and another is in police custody following a fight over loud music at an apartment complex in San Diego’s City Heights neighborhood on Thursday, March 10, 2022.

According to police, the victim went to his neighbor’s apartment and asked him to turn down his music, which offended him. The man then returned to the door and allegedly stabbed the other.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, and his injuries are expected to be minor.

According to SDPD, the attacker returned to his apartment, and officers cordoned off the area in case he attempted to flee.

The suspect was confronted by police and told to give up, and he eventually did.

Charges against him are pending at this time.
