[03-12-2022] Fresno County, CA – One Man Stabbed During Robbery at Auto Zone in Fresno

One unidentified was stabbed when a man intervened during a robbery at an Auto Zone in Fresno on Saturday, March 12, 2022.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office responded to the auto store just after 3:15 p.m. on Cedar and Clinton Avenues.

Officials describe the stabbed man as an off-duty employee who followed the two men out into the parking lot and was stabbed during a fight.

He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The two suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle, according to deputies.
