What You Need To Do After a Pedestrian Accident
Ensure that law enforcement arrives at the collision scene and files a report. When being interviewed at the accident scene, be honest about what you witnessed and experienced. Don’t assume anything about things you don’t understand; be careful what you say. The anxiety and shock that follow an accident can cause victims to apologize profusely, even when they aren’t at fault.
