[03-15-2023] Missing 15-Year-Old Boy Struck by Vehicle on 10 FreewayA pedestrian crash claimed the life of a 15-year-old boy, identified as Everett M., in San Bernardino on Wednesday night, March 15, 2023.

Authorities confirmed that the deadly collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Waterman Avenue.

According to reports, the victim rode a red bicycle away from a church on 5th and Wabash avenues, and officers assisted with the search.

Later, officers received calls that an individual was struck by several vehicles, including a semi-truck. It was determined that the victim had died at the scene.

The victim was confirmed to be the missing 15-year-old Boy. Comments through social media stated that he was a student at Redlands East Valley High School. Officials did not elaborate on why he was considered at risk.

Further investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
