Two drivers were seriously hurt following a major traffic crash at an intersection in Fresno on Friday night, March 18, 2022.

A northbound Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling on Marks Avenue when the driver failed to stop for a stop sign and T-boned a GMC Yukon that was driving on Jensen Avenue.

Both drivers sustained serious injuries in the mishap and were rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Their identities have not been disclosed.

Authorities believe that the Chevrolet driver may have been under the influence at the time of the crash. Information about the collision is limited at the moment.

An active investigation is currently underway.
