[03-19-2022] San Diego County, CA – One Person Hurt After a Motorcycle Crash in El Cajon

One unidentified person was seriously hurt after a motorcycle crash in El Cajon on Saturday morning, March 19, 2022.

At approximately 10:31 a.m. on Highway 78 near Payson Road in El Cajon, the accident happened.

A motorcycle and an unspecified vehicle collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One person sustained serious injuries in the crash. The injured party was immediately taken to Palomar Hospital for treatment.
