[03-20-2022] Orange County, CA – One Person Seriously Injured in a Pedestrian Crash in Tustin

One unidentified man was seriously injured after a major pedestrian accident in Tustin on early Sunday morning, March 20, 2022.

The accident happened on the 1600 block of Barranca Parkway in Tustin at approximately 1:27 a.m.

The victim was crossing the Barranca Parkway outside of the crosswalk when he was suddenly struck by a passing vehicle.

The involved driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. The victim was rushed to OC Global Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.

Drugs and alcohol were not considered factors in the crash. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
