[03-20-2023] Industrial Injury at Robertson’s Ready Mix Near Indio Led to One FatalityOne person died after sustaining an industrial injury at Robertson’s Ready Mix Near Indio on Monday, March 20, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the accident occurred around 10:50 a.m. at the 88200 block of Fargo Canyon Road.

A 53-year-old man identified as Teodolfo R. had sustained severe injuries by the time the authorities found him. An hour later, the victim was already declared dead.

A coroner was called around 1:27 p.m. to investigate the victim’s death further.
