[03-20-2023] San Diego County, CA – 35-Year-Old Pedestrian Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle in Midway Neighborhood

A pedestrian crash left a 35-year-old woman injured in San Diego on Monday night, March 20, 2023.

According to authorities, the collision transpired around 9:30 p.m. at the 3100 block of Sports Arena Boulevard.

Reports indicated that a woman was driving a silver 2014 Toyota Prius headed westbound when a pedestrian ran into her path.

As a result, the woman suffered a pelvic fracture. It is unknown if the 35-year-old victim was hospitalized.

The Prius’ driver was uninjured, and it was unknown whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
