What to Do After a Car Accident

In the event of a car accident, contact the authorities immediately. Whether talking with law enforcement or an insurance company, it is critical to provide correct facts and avoid making assumptions. It’s possible that some of the victims will offer an apology. A victim who does this runs the risk of having the insurance company refuse to pay up on their claim.
