[03-26-20222] Older Man Killed in a Deadly Bicycle Crash in San JacintoA 74-year-old man identified as Pedro G. was killed in a deadly bicycle crash in San Jacinto on Saturday evening, March 26, 2022.

The collision transpired at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the area of Lake Park Drive near Soboba Road in San Jacinto.

The victim was riding his bicycle on the southbound side of Lake Park Drive when he suddenly swerved left for unclear reasons was struck by a Honda.

The bicycle rider sustained major injuries in the mishap and was rushed to an area hospital. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

The driver stopped and immediately offered to help the bicyclist. The driver was cooperative with authorities and was uninjured by the mishap.
