[03-30-2022] San Diego County, CA – Three People Hurt After Tesla Crashes Onto Ambulance in Kearny Mesa

Three people were hurt after a Tesla landed on top of an ambulance in Kearny Mesa on Wednesday morning, March 30, 2022.

The accident transpired at approximately 9:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 4800 block of Greencraig Lane in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood.

The Tesla driver was pulling out of a parking spot when the driver accidentally hit the accelerator pad, which caused the vehicle to go over the curb and crash onto a Falck ambulance.

At least three people were hurt in the crash. The injured parties were immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Local authorities are further investigating the case. They will attempt to determine the factors and the liability in the crash.
