What to Do After a Car Accident
Reporting a car accident is necessary if you or a loved one has been hurt in one. You should be as factual as possible and avoid making assumptions when communicating with law enforcement or your insurance company. A victim may feel obligated to make amends even though they are the ones who were wronged. The insured party’s actions may cause the insurance company to refuse payment.
If you ask for it, the appropriate authorities should give you a copy of the final report. There’s a link to an online form on this page as well. When we get your message, we’ll look into your inquiry. Our renowned attorney will give your case the attention it deserves during your free initial consultation.
