[04-03-2022] Kern County, CA - One Person Critically Injured in Pedestrian Crash in OildaleA pedestrian was critically injured following a hit-and-run collision in Oildale on Sunday night, April 3, 2022.

According to the CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page, the collision was reported just after 10:30 a.m. on North Chester Avenue and Harding Avenue.

One person was reported to have been hit by a driver who then fled the scene of the accident.

According to CHP, the pedestrian was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The pedestrian’s identity has yet to be disclosed.

There are no other details available. The crash remains under investigation.
