A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Arrow Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol is on the lookout for the driver, who fled the scene shortly after the incident.
The driver collided with a pedestrian along Arrow Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue.
The victim had already died when paramedics arrived.
The CHP had cleared the accident scene by 4:30 a.m.
According to investigators, some parts of the crash may have been captured by cameras from nearby industrial structures.
No identifying information about the victim, nor a description of the driver or vehicle, has been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
