What to Do After a DUI Accident
It is crucial to call the police right away after a car accident involving a drunk driver. Don’t make any assumptions; just tell the truth to the insurance company and the police. The insurer may use the victim’s innocence and potential follow-up attempts at restitution in a claim as evidence against them. Therefore, refrain from acting in such a way.
