[04-07-2024] Monterey County, CA – Two Riders Injured After Motorcycle Crashed Into Parked Car in Salinas

Two riders were injured after their motorcycle crashed into a parked car in Salinas on Sunday night, April 7, 2024.

According to the Salinas Police Department, the incident happened at about 9:06 p.m. on the 400 block of Pueblo Drive.

Police said that the two injured individuals were on a single motorcycle when the accident occurred. For still unknown reasons, the motorcycle made contact with a parked car on Pueblo Drive.

Both riders suffered major injuries following the solo motorcycle crash. The police then confirmed that the two were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Speed is currently seen as the primary cause of the crash.
