[04-08-2023] Riverside County, CA – One Motorcyclist Killed Following Car Crash in Coachella

One motorcyclist was killed in a car crash in Coachella, Riverside County, on Saturday night, April 8, 2023.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the fatal crash occurred around 9:46 p.m. on Avenue 52 and Cesar Chavez Street.

The responding deputies arrived at the scene and located a motorcycle rider with severe wounds. The unidentified motorcyclist was declared dead at the site.

The circumstances that led to the collision remain under investigation. No further information was immediately available.

It is currently unclear whether speeding or intoxication played a role in the fatal crash.
