According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the collision happened around 7:35 p.m. at the intersection of El Camino Avenue and St. Matthews Drive.

The crash also damaged a nearby home that was unoccupied at the time. However, one of the people involved sustained life-threatening injuries and had to be transported to a nearby hospital.

The authorities have released no other information about the matter.
