What to Do After a DUI Accident

After a car accident involving a driver under the influence of alcohol, it is imperative to contact the authorities as soon as possible. Don’t assume anything; just be honest with the insurance company and police. In the event of a claim, the insurer has the right to use the victim’s innocence as well as any potential subsequent attempts at restitution as evidence against the insured party. Consequently, it would be best if you refrained from acting in such a manner.

Upon making a request, the appropriate authorities must provide you access to the entire report. You can also fill out a helpful online form that is located on this page and submit it. With this information, we will be able to launch an investigation into your claim. During our free initial consultation, we will concentrate entirely on you and the requirements you have presented to us.
