[04-14-2022] Fresno County, CA – One Person Hospitalized After an Apartment Fire on Argyle Avenue

A massive apartment fire broke out at an apartment building located on Argyle AvenueA massive apartment fire broke out at an apartment building located on Argyle Avenue, sending one person to a hospital on Thursday afternoon, April 14, 2022.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the fire occurred at a four-plex apartment building near Kings Canyon Road and Clovis Avenue.

Heavy some were reported to come from the apartment units and the flames extended in the building’s attic. Firefighters were immediately called to help put out the flames.

The emergency crews rescued one bedridden resident. The bedridden resident was immediately taken to an area hospital. Unfortunately, one dog was killed in the fire.

Local authorities are further investigating the incident. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
